Teeth 18 and 28 (upper wisdom teeth) are not in the set. I modeled the implant (about 4.5 × 10 mm), abutment and crown on 46 to fit that tooth. Everything is built from 32 OBJ files totaling 5.0 MB into one 2.5 MB GLB.
